  1. Reservation policy: The client can make the reservation through our website, email or by phone and this is confirmed by a confirmation key sent by email. The reservation is fully guaranteed when a credit card number is provided for the full value for the first night of stay.

  2. Collection and billing policy. Payment is always made at the hotel through the procedure called direct payment. For this reason, the credit card will not be billed when the reservation is made online. The request for the credit card number online is simply used as a guarantee in your reservation and in case of no-show at the hotel, the charge for the first night of stay will be made. Full payment of the reservation is made upon check-in at the hotel. If the guest wishes to extend their stay, availability will be verified and if there are no rooms, the guest will vacate the hotel room according to the initial reservation agreed. The final price of the reservation made corresponds to the total number of people and nights requesting a stay and the total number of services that appear on the reservation page entered by the client at the time of making. It includes the applicable supplements and those fees and taxes levied on the services provided. The price does not include in any case the services that have not been contracted or the additional services not indicated at the time of booking.

  3. Cancellation policy. The cancellation and prepayment conditions may vary according to the type of room, special dates and seasons. With the exception of fees for cancellations or modifications, online reservations are not billed because they are paid directly at the hotel.

  4. No-show policy (No Show) If the client does not show up at the hotel without having made a cancellation or prior notification, Hotel Las Puertas de Tepoztlan will invoice the amount corresponding to the first night for the number of people included in the reservation and the rest of the nights included in the reservation will be considered canceled, without the right to make any claim. In the case of cancellations less than 24 HOURS in advance of the arrival day or in the case of no-show, the reservation deposit is not refundable.

  5. The Hotel Las Puertas de Tepoztlan reserves the right to cancel reservations as long as they are originated by reasons beyond the company motivated by third parties such as earthquakes, natural disasters, demonstrations, strikes. The client agrees with the terms and conditions when making a reservation.

  6. Changes: any change to your reservation must be requested directly at tel 6121750860 with a minimum anticipation of 24 hours in low season and 72 hours before the arrival date in high season. All changes are subject to the hotel’s confirmation; This cancellation policy does not apply in case of group reservations.

  7. General: (A) The room rate with breakfast included only applies for adults and breakfast is not included for children under 11 years of age. The type of breakfast service may vary according to the day or season. (B) Credit card number is requested only as a guarantee of the reservation.
